2. Environmental Commitments (E)

The temporary power industry is transitioning away from standard fossil fuels. 

GENSETSUK is committed to driving decarbonisation through fleet innovation and strict logistical oversight. 

• Fleet Modernisation & Low Emissions: We actively prioritise the integration of EU Stage V compliant engines across our rental fleet of canopied, silent and containerised generators. This substantially reduces particulate matter (PM) and Nitrogen Oxides (NOx) in sensitive event and industrial settings. 
• Alternative Fuel Promotion (HVO): We aggressively promote the deployment of Hydrotreated Vegetable Oil (HVO) as a direct substitute for standard red/white diesel. This transition enables our clients to reduce net greenhouse gas emissions by up to 90% per operational hour.
• Hybrid & Battery Storage Systems (BESS): To eliminate unnecessary engine idling, we are continuously expanding our integration of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and hybrid power configurations, ensuring peak-shaving capability and lowering total fuel burn.
• Pollution Prevention & Yard Management: All fleet units feature fully bunded, fluid-containment bases to eliminate the risk of fuel or oil spillage. Our depots enforce strict hazardous waste storage mandates in accordance with UK Environment Agency regulations.
